Apparently, Zalando puts increasing pressure on its employees while it does not offer enough guidance and assistance, according to labour union Ver.di.
Zalando’s management disagrees as they feel they have taken action after the issues which surfaced in 2012. “Employees are much happier than they were in 2012”, Zalando says. Ver.di feels Zalando still needs to invest more in its staff.
