Färm, a bio store chain from Brussels, is supporting a planned expansion with a crowd funding campaign. The chain aims to open its biggest store so far in the North of the European capital, extending its services with a bakery in the store.
Crowdfunding and grant for further expansion
The new 650 sqm store will be opened nearby the popular Meiser area in Schaarbeek. It will feature an in-store fresh bakery in cooperation with AgriBio, which will provide the raw materials and bake the breads on the spot.
The chain has also started a crowd funding campaign to ensure the new store’s opening, aiming to collect 300,000 euro before 31 May. The funders will receive shares without dividend, in an attempt to get customers involved closer to the company.
