Hans Voorn has left Rituals

It is unclear why Hans Voorn has decided to leave, but it seems that the American web shop was his last feat. In a way, he has left the company after fulfilling his duty to make sure the American web shop is in good hands and ready to go.

The launch of its American web shop is Rituals’ very first step outside of Europe, even though it is the 21st web shop the company has launched so far.

In November 2013, Rituals has relaunched its other websites onto another platform and design, something the American web shop obviously has as well. Through the new platform, the new site immediately functions very well on mobile devices.

Fonq takes care of fulfillment

Nearly everything on the American web shop gets handled by fonq.nl. They not only store the products, they also handle administration, payment, customer service and the general fulfillment for all of Rituals’ American customers.
