Stimulate local shopping
Points earned through the ambi.pas, which can be considered as a loyalty program, can be exchanged in any of these stores, no matter where customers actually obtained the points. More than 60 stores have already entered the program.
All can decide on their own how many points they are willing to give for purchases. To illustrate: 100 points would result in a 10 euro voucher. Q-Park has also joined the program, as it will allow people to park for 2 hours in return for 35 points.
The ambi.pas works with NFC (Near Field Communication) technology: if the consumer slides his or her ambi.pas across the back of a tablet, it will register additional points.
