Lithuanian vintage specialist Think Twice is opening a new shop near Antwerp’s main shopping street Meir. It will be the chain’s fifth shop in Belgium’s fashion capital, and the biggest in the country.

On 20 January, Think Twice will open a 500 sqm shop in Antwerp, that will feature 7,000 second-hand clothes. “It was time for us to start thinking big”, managing director Glen Van Eersel told local newspaper Gazet van Antwerpen.
Think Twice already is a big name in the city, with already four branches in the city centre. The formula’s strategy is to have several shops within a city, which together form a triangle or square, so that customers can easily go from one shop to another.
Benefiting from the vintage trend, the Lithuanian chain is now looking to expand further in Belgium – and also into the Netherlands. The clothes are bought internationally, collected and sorted in Lithuania by parent company Humana, a non-profit organisation that supports projects in developing countries through second-hand shops. In total, the group has more than 3,000 employees, 200 shops (including twelve in Belgium) and a webshop.
