Currently, Orchestra-Prémaman has 98 stores in Belgium, but it will add 30 new stores by March. Eleven of those will be added through Retail Estates, which will rent the locations to Orchestra.
“Orchestra is a French company and it is used to larger stores than the Belgian 1,000 sqm standard. They often deal with 1,350 to 1,500 sqm stores and that is what we have purchased now”, Jan De Nys (from Retail Estates) said.
