Wereldhave Belgium has struck a deal with Delhaize for the sale of its supermarket for 4.7 million euro, which means that it has gained full control of the entire shopping mall.
It now hopes to add 10,000 sqm of retail space. Wereldhave Belgium already has the necessary permits and hopes it can start work at the start of 2015.
