New 3Suisses company
33 Saint Brice employees will transfer to 3Suisses Belgium, a new enterprise which will have to support 3Suisses’ new Belgian strategy. 20 people will get other positions within the 3Suisses group, while another 20 will be able to go on early retirement. That means the remainder will lose their jobs, although Saint Brice will guide them through the transition into other employment.
The company has been struggling for a while and reverted back to an online-only presence in Belgium recently. Its paper catalog disappeared and an extensive ad campaign was supposed to highlight its new look and feel. At that time, 3Suisses stated it wanted to invest 150 million euro into its Belgian and French operations over the next two years.
