Brussels and The Hague
Thousands of customers lined up for the opening of a Primark store in Brussels, its second in Belgium, and the same can be said about a store opening in The Hague, even though it is already the 10th store in the Netherlands.
Primark has always been able to attract huge crowds because it has plenty of cheap clothing on sale, which has also drawn some criticism as some believe it cannot manufacture clothing ethically for those prices.
Nevertheless, Primark is still on the lookout for new store locations and has now turned its attention towards Karstadt locations in Germany. Apparently, the Hamburg location has already been acquired, while it is still looking at a location in Stuttgart. There has been no confirmation, but as both Karstadt stores will close in June 2015, we might hear something in the near future.
