Rituals has promoted Lotje Roussel as its new Country Director for the Benelux. She succeeds Lizette Lulofs-van Munster, who was appointed to Global Retail Director.

Roussel, who announced the news herself on LinkedIn, has only held her current position for nine months: in June last year, she was promoted to the position of Commercial Director Benelux.
Roussel joined Rituals in 2018, taking positions such as Head of Global Promotions. Before that, she worked for Action and Hema, where she managed the chain’s expansion into new markets until manangement struck the decision to focus on its core markets only.
