New challenge
Huët has taken the decision to leave the company himself: he feels he is up for a new challenge. Prior to his employment at Unilever, Huët used to work for Dutch Numico and American business bank Goldman Sachs. He is also part of Heineken’s supervisory board.
His successor, Graeme Pitkethly, has been with Unilever since 2002 and takes care of the company’s British and Irish activities. Previously, he ran Unilever’s merger and acquisition team and was Unilever Indonesia’s Chief Financial Officer.
