Considering the environment
The self-service formula considers a responsible product range, the environment, sustainability, health and work to be very important. Exki is focused on higher educated, environmentally aware consumers that want to take products away with them or eat them at the local restaurant.
Exki launched in 2001 in Brussels and currently has 76 stores in six countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, France, the Netherlands and the United States, where it has had a restaurant in New York for about a year. The chain’s first Dutch restaurant opened in The Hague.
