“Important step”
“The Vendis Capital partnership is an important step for Humanoid. The company is ready for a new growth phase and with Vendis Capital and their consumer knowledge on board, we have found the right partner to do so”, co-founder Hans Boelens said.
Hans Boelens used to be Humanoid’s CEO, but he will relinquish his responsibilities to Yvonne van Dormael. The other co-founder, Sandra Harmsen, will still be in charge of Humanoid’s creative output as she will be the creative director.
