European expansion
Daloon, founded in 1960, currently sells its products all across Europe, but mainly in the United Kingdom, Germany and Scandinavia. It is mostly known for its Asian snacks and its extensive meat-free product range.
“With the Daloon acquisition, we are better positioned as a snack partner of the highest quality for both brand and private labels. Daloon’s international network also provides us with opportunities to bring our entire product range further into European markets”, IZICO’s CEO, Kamiel Steendijk, said.
Both companies will work separately for the time being, but synergies between both companies will be examined in order to increase efficiency.
