these jobs will be lost in stores of Etam chains Miss Etam and
Promiss, forty at the headquarters in Zoetermeer. The reorganisation
should not affect the number of locations (140 for Miss Etam, 65 for
Promiss), meaning each store will have to be operated by fewer
people.
In previous years Miss Etam had received several customer friendliness awards,
because of the availability of staff, meeting of promises, admitting
of mistakes and accepting of remarks. This downsizing may well cost
