Henkel has appointed Hans Van Bylen as its new CEO, succeeding Kasper Rorsted who had been an active member of Henkel’s board of directors for eleven years. The Belgian has been with Henkel for more than thirty years.

We know Henkel’s future is in good hands with Hans Van Bylen.”
Van Bylen, active with Henkel since 1984, started his career in Belgium, but also performed duties in France, Western Europe, the Middle East and Africa, North America, Asia and Latin America. He has been part of the board of directors since 2005, responsible for the beauty care division.
Pascal Houdayer, with Henkel since 2001, will take over Van Bylen’s role in the board of directors. Up until now, he took care of the home care division’s international marketing, new business development and the laundry & home care division’s digital activities.
