Zalando‘s style advice service Zalon is now also available in the Netherlands. Customers who want additional advice prior to a purchase can chat or call with a stylist.
In four countries already
Zalando’s style advisors will first ask the customer about his or her preferences and it will be possible to send pictures. Subsequently, the stylist can propose several things which the customer can then try out at home prior to a purchase or shipping them back. The service will be for both men and women.
Zalando launched its style advice service in the summer of 2014 and has expanded the service from Germany to Switzerland, Austria and now the Netherlands.
Some 300 (freelance) stylists work for Zalon in the German-speaking countries and they handle hundreds of articles a day. In total, the online fashion retailer has about 130,000 items in its portfolio, from more than 1,500 brands.
