The cosmetics chain The Body Shop has appointed Caroline Le Roch as Managing Director Europe. She succeeds Qasar Qayyum who has been transferred to a new position.
Retail experience
Le Roch previously worked at Godiva Chocolatier, where she was President of the Americas. She has over 20 years of experience in the international retail industry. At The Body Shop, she will replace Qasar Qayyum, who has taken on the new role of Global Head Franchise Director. His main task will be to expand and strengthen the cosmetics chain’s franchise network.
“Caroline Le Roch is the right person to lead our business in Europe and build on her track record of sustainable digital and retail growth for international brands. Qasar Qayyum has gained extensive experience with our franchise partners in EMEA and Latin America over the past seven years, and will now bring his skills to Asia and the rest of the world,” CEO David Boynton said in a press release.
