French fashion brand Chanel now also sells its beauty products online in Belgium and the Netherlands, through its own web shop. Free shipping is included for orders surpassing 100 euro and a 10 euro fee will be charged for orders below that sum.
Free samples with delivery
The web shop’s product range includes perfumes, make-up and skincare products. For every online order, the customer can choose two free samples to trial other products. If the requested samples are out of stock, Chanel will add other samples. The product range is dependent on the available stock and whenever a particular item is not available, the customer can ask to be notified, by email, about when it becomes available again.
Deliveries, handled by TNT both in Belgium and the Netherlands, will arrive within 30 calendar days between 8h and 18h. The recipient will be notified of the exact time and date by email and text message. If he is not present at that time, another delivery time or location can be requested.
Customers who want to return or trade an online purchase, cannot use the offline Chanel stores or shop-in-shops at other locations.
