Antony Buck and Robert Calcraft launched REN Skincare in 2000 and have built up an “important position in the skin care market” in the past fifteen years, according to Unilever. Its array of products, all based on natural ingredients, is sold through specialty stores in some fifty countries worldwide, including Belgium and the Netherlands.
Unilever believes REN has “huge growth potential” and feels “its premium positioning complements well our existing portfolio” of personal care, including Axe, Dove and Lux.
