Redcoon
important for Media-Saturn
Redcoon is
becoming more and more important for Media-Saturn: in 2012 the company sold 755
million euro of products of the internet, of which 432 million euro came
through Redcoon. That was more than the 323 million brought in by the online
shops of Saturn and Media Markt.
The online
sales of the three chains comprised about 4% of total sales of Media-Saturn in
2012. The company wants to at least double this in 2013.

His job as CEO will be taken over by vice-president of Media-Saturn, Martin Wild,
until a permanent replacement is found.
