After a successful test on the Dutch market, C&A is rolling out its loyalty programme “C&A for you” in several European countries. Members get exclusive offers, extra discounts and other benefits.

After a pilot in the Netherlands proved successful, C&A is rolling out the C&A for you membership programme in Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Poland and Spain, among other countries. The retailer rewards loyal customers with a 10% welcome bonus, exclusive deals and extra discounts during sales periods.
C&A for you is part of a wider digital transformation process at the fashion chain, which aims to improve service through a better understanding of customer styles, preferences and expectations. “This programme is not just about rewarding loyalty; it’s about creating a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience that our customers deserve,” said C&A Europe merchandising director Daniel Jimenez.
