Over the first three quarters of the current fiscal year, Spanish fashion group Inditex’ turnover grew 11 % and its net profit also grew nearly 10 %.

227 new stores

The group’s turnover grew 11 % from 14.74 to 16.4 billion euro, its EBITDA grew 8 % to 3.61 billion euro and its net profit also shot up 9 % to 2.21 billion euro.

In the same timeframe, Zara’s parent company opened 227 new stores in 50 countries, including firsts in Aruba, Nicaragua, New Zealand, Paraguay and Vietnam, bringing its total to 7,240 stores in 93 countries. Each and every single Inditex brand expanded its store network and it now also has an online presence in 41 countries.

Back in September, Pull&Bear opened its new main office in Narón, Spain. Sustainability was the foundation of that main office, leading to a golden LEED certificate, given to buildings with a very low environmental impact.
