“Geographic synergy”
Miko will own a 75 % stake in Miko Germany, while the other 25 % will go to Qusotic’ former owners. Miko expects to get a better German overall coverage thanks to this deal.

That way, both companies have a geographic synergy. Qusotic already has a 1,000-strong client base, a nice addition to the large volumes we already offer thanks to our strategic partners. We also feel the trendy “Sneky ice drinks” brand offers plenty of growth potential”, Miko CEO, Frans Van Tilborg, says.
Miko is not only present in Germany and Belgium, but is also active in the Netherlands, France, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway.
