At the beginning of next year H&M subsidiary Monki plans to open a new concept store in Brussels: after Ghent and Antwerp it will be the Scandinavian chain’s third store in Belgium.
Concept store with glitter
The new store on the famous Avenue Louise has a combined surface of 340 sqm on two floors. “We are extremely enthusiastic about our new store in Brussels, which is our third store in Belgium,” says managing director Jennie Dahlin Hansson. Just like the brand’s other stores, it will have rainbow-coloured fitting rooms, seashell tables, glitter and lots of mirrors.
Monki was founded in 2006 and belongs to the Swedish H&M group, which includes labels such as Weekday and & Other Stories. The brand focuses on girls and young women through its colourful clothing, with many prints and (fairly) low prices.
