Customer relations at Disney
Since 2000 Ryan was senior vice president at
Walt Disney and he was responsible for the development of customer relations
across different divisions of the company. He also provided the input of
customer data for the development of the strategy of the company.
At Starbucks he will be responsible for modernising the store network and for improving customer experience. He will
report directly to CEO Howard Schultz. “To be a great and enduring brand, you
must know your customers and they must know you”, said Ryan.
