Fashion discounter Takko Fashion has reported a strong performance in its German home market. Profit has also risen, thanks to a more efficient inventory management.
Revenue growth in existing stores
In the third quarter of its broken fiscal year, Takko Fashion saw its sales increase 5.2 % to 354 million euros. Comparable sales grew 5.4 %, indicating that the growth was largely driven by existing stores. Takko Fashion operates nearly 2,000 stores in seventeen European countries.
Additionally, AEBITDA rose 25 % to 52 million euros, an improvement that was attributed to more efficient inventory management, cost efficiency and successful marketing campaigns. CEO Martino Pessina, who has been in charge of the company since 2023, stated that the company performed excellently in the German home market, without disclosing specific figures.
