Twinset acquired by Italian investors

Twinset has been fully acquired by the Borletti and Quadrivio investment groups. Thanks to the acquisition, the Italian fashion chain aims to strengthen its European presence and explore new markets such as the US and Asia.

Expansion outside Europe

Borletti and Quadrivio, each of which will receive an equal share, want to shape the future of Twinset together. Financial players Narval Investimenti and Ersel Banca Privata are also involved as co-investors. Narval has appointed its own representative to the board of directors.
