Fashion chain Vero Moda, part of Danish Bestseller, will launch a new Aware collection in the fall, which should become even more sustainable than its current Green Attitude collection.
Sustainable materials
The collection will use materials like cotton, recycled polyester and Tencel, an organic artificial fibre made from eucalyptus trees.
The new Aware collection will not only be more sustainable, but should also complement the other Vero Moda collections when it comes to styling. Younger customers, more in tune with the sustainability theme, are its main focus. Aware will launch four collections every year and the first should hit stores in September or October 2017.
Vero Moda is part of Bestseller, one of Europe’s largest fashion companies. It has 23 brands, including Only and Jack & Jones. It also recently launched a joint venture with Zalando revolving around FashionTrade.com, an online wholesale platform where other fashion companies can by clothing.
