Gigue currently has a number of its own stores and also has its clothes for sale in shop-in-shops and more than 100 multibrand stores. By adding an online store, the brand says it wants to “meet the customer’s demand”. Customers who order on Gigue’s web shop, will get their order 1 to 2 days later.
The new web site will also add behind-the-scenes information, like ‘making of’ reports and designer interviews. “We have launched our Facebook page some three months ago”, Audrey Wyckmans said. “Its enormous success shows us that people want additional information about the world of Gigue, our collections, … […] The web shop was a logical consequence.”
