Cartoons into clothing
The Swedish fashion group will give Kim her own H&M collection after winning the H&M Design
Award 2013. She focuses on the transformation of cartoon characters
into clothing: for this award-winning collection, she took inspiration from the
Japanese manga writer Junji Ito. Round silhouettes and joyful colours dominate
the collection.
The collection will however not be sold exclusively at H&M, as American chain Opening Ceremony will
also offer the items in New York, Los Angeles and London.
