Website will use iDeal
In an interview with Ecommerce News, CEO Pouya Boland revealed that it would launch a new version of the web shop soon. The reason it closed down the online store earlier this year, was because it could not offer payment services like iDeal, which will be the case with the new web shop.
“We have products and clothes that are popular everywhere, since they’re fashionable, unique and from high quality, so it’s not difficult for us to penetrate a specific market if we would like to”, Boland said. The company has also launched a Norway-specific web shop and will add other countries, but it has not revealed which countries that may be.
Chiquelle, founded in 2012, is allegedly one of Sweden’s fastest growing online fashion stores, with a yearly 400 % turnover increase. Its online product range is on sale in Europe and countries like Peru, China, Singapore, Bahrain and the United States.
