Steps and Superstar
At first, the centrally-controlled purchase platform will add new stores in New Delhi, Istanbul and Hong Kong, which should allow the company to “better focus on the operational performance and the socially responsible framework”.
In the second phase, it will add ladies’ brands Steps and Superstar to its portfolio, which will then be sold in some 300 stores of its own and 1,500 multibrand stores. Turnover will grow to 225 million euro per year.
