The Consumer Goods Forum, a global organisation that wants to enhance cooperation between retailers and consumer goods manufacturers, has appointed CEOs Frans Muller (Ahold Delhaize) and Dirk Van de Put (Mondelez) as co-chairs.
Cooperation between retailers and manufacturers
At the organisation’s global summit in Kyoto, the CGF has appointed Muller and Van de Put as new co-chairs for the next two years. They succeed James Quincey of The Coca-Cola Company and Daniel Zhang of Alibaba Group.
CGF is a CEO-led organisation that brings together retailers and consumer goods manufacturers worldwide to work more closely together. The new co-chairs will focus on progress in addressing issues such as plastic waste, deforestation, human rights in the supply chain, worker welfare and achieving climate neutrality.
