Customers can check an item’s availability in a particular store and reserve that item through the app. This gives them the opportunity to go and fit it prior to a purchase. The app will even be useful in stores itself, because customers can scan a price tag and immediately get additional information from the company’s web shop. An online order is at the customer’s fingertips, like when the desired size is not available in the store.
The app is available for iPhone and Android in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Austria, Sweden and Denmark.
