Potato processor McCain Foods has appointed Alain Duranleau as its new Regional President for Continental Europe. Duranleau brings more than twenty years of experience to his new position.
Broad experience
Duranleau joined McCain in 2013 and has already held several managerial positions within the organisation. Before that, he worked in other companies in the food and consumer goods industry. He now succeeds Erwin Pardon, who is retiring after thirty years at McCain.
Alain Dufait will take over Duranleau’s previous position as general manager of Lutosa. He also brings to the table extensive management experience at international level within the agri-food sector.
Founded in 1957, McCain Foods is a Canadian family-owned company that rose to become the world’s largest manufacturer of frozen potato products. Found in more than 160 countries around the world, the company employs about 22,000 people and operates 51 production facilities on six continents.
