Customers first will have to choose whether they want casual or working clothing and subsequently pick a general style and answer a few questions and pass along their exact size. The stylists will then use the answers to create a box of clothing, which will be sent the customer free of charge. He will then have 60 days to decide which items to keep and which to return, again free of charge.
Peek and Cloppenburg currently only has a German web shop, although it does have physical stores in 10 other European countries, including Belgium and the Netherlands.
This type of ‘curated shopping’ is becoming increasingly popular, as websites like Outfittery have shown. Zalando has a similar German service, called Project Z, and it seems P&C wants to get a piece of the action as well.
