Customers that make online reservations can get it gift-wrapped or can ask for the items to be placed in a fitting room for when they arrive at the store. Obviously, the service relies on the availability of the items of the store in question.
RougeGorge considers the service to be the perfect mixture of offline and online advantages. Customers can still enjoy the speed and ease of an online order, but will still have access to the employees’ expert advice in stores.
The new service is already available in pretty much every RougeGorge store. The company has 190 stores, located in Belgium and France.
