While 78% of respondents state they are responsible for their well-being, barely more than half actually take action to improve their physical and mental health.
The main obstacles to a healthier lifestyle are stress, weight issues, and an unbalanced diet. Additionally, the high cost of healthy options is a significant hurdle, with half of global shoppers expressing frustration over the prices of healthy products.
