Meal delivery service Deliveroo is collaborating with TripAdvisor, integrating its service into TripAdvisor. The two companies will work together in Belgium, the Netherlands and ten other countries to facilitate orders.
One-stop-shop
Consumers have been using TripAdvisor for years to see how other consumers rated restaurants. The service added an option to make reservations three years ago and this time around, it will allow home deliveries to be scheduled.
“Whether reading reviews, reserving a table through TheFork or placing a food order through Deliveroo, our goal is for TripAdvisor to serve as a one-stop-shop for diners around the world“, said Bertrand Jelensperger, senior vice president, TripAdvisor Restaurants.
The service will launch in Australia, Belgium, China, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Singapore, Spain, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom, across 140 cities. The button to order will not only appear in TripAdvisor’s app, but also on its website.
