The complex consists of three retail spaces on the ground floor and is
located to the north of Orléans, between the motorway A10 and the trunk
road N20 (both Paris-Orléans).
Banimmo is active in Belgium, Luxembourg and France in the domains of
renovating under-valued or obsolete office buildings, shopping centres
and exhibition centres. The company employs 30 people and has invested
in 27 properties for a total value of 414 million euro. With 65%, its
home country Belgium is its most important market.
