Henkel has appointed Geert Luyckx as its new President Benelux, succeeding Stefan Pichler who is taking on an international role at the company. Karolina Markiewicz-Kuskowska is promoted to General Manager for Henkel Consumer Brands.

Austrian national Pichler was appointed Henkel Benelux President in October 2022, but he moves to the British Isles to become General Manager of Henkel Consumer Brands for the United Kingdom and Ireland. Luyckx, a Belgian, will take over his role as President Benelux and will combine it with his current roles as Country Manager and as European Director Automotive Electronics at Henkel Adhesive Technologies.
In addition to his role as President, Pichler also led the Consumer Brands division in the Benelux for more than six years. In that role, he will be succeeded by Markiewicz-Kuskowska, who joined Henkel Poland in 2013 and has since held management positions at Henkel in Cyprus, Czechia, Greece and Slovakia.
In 2024, Henkel Benelux achieved a turnover of 615 million euros with 670 employees.
