Plenty of changes
Nyenburg now has a capital stake and 3.59 % voting rights at Macintosh, but any further information about the deal is unknown.
The company has undergone plenty of changes over the past few months, after it decided to focus on its core activities. It sold its British activities in October (including the British branch of Brantano and the Jones Bootmaker chain).
Several weeks later, it finally managed to sell its furniture chain Kwantum after it had put it up for sale and only received several low bids. In the end, Gilde Equity Management bought Kwantum.
