Belgian consumers still only have a moderate interest in subscription models, but while adoption remains low, ‘super bundling’ and younger demographics offer huge potential for growth.
Mixed feelings
Although 46 % of the Belgian population holds at least one retail membership (primarily for electronic services such as game console subscriptions), only one in every six Belgians have a subscription to meal kits. A mere 6 % use automatic replenishment services, where regularly needed products are delivered at fixed intervals.
