Which retailer will succeed Juttu in 2018 as the winner of the bpost Omnichannel Award? Candidates can now register, the award will be presented during the RetailDetail Omnichannel Congress on 1 March.
Bridge between online and offline
With the bpost Omnichannel Award, RetailDetail and bpost want to reward retailers who excel in integrating various sales channels and who can bridge the gap between online and offline. From now on, retailers can present themselves as candidates via the registration form on the RetailDetail website.
The jury will assess the cases on the basis of questions such as: are the online and offline activities seamlessly integrated? How does the omnichannel strategy put the consumer at the center? How does this show on the shop floor? In the digital world? In the financial results?
Three nominees will be able to present their project during the RetailDetail Omnichannel Congress, which takes place on 1 March in Utopolis in Mechelen. The participants at the congress can then vote for the winner of the award.
It is already the fifth edition of the Omnichannel Award. Previous winners were Juttu (2017), Decathlon (2016), Schoenen Torfs (2015) and A.S. Adventure (2014).
