Bonus at retirement
When Ikea launched the program, it deposited 100 million and it has now added another 100 million euro. Employees with more than 5 years of Ikea experience, will get an amount when they retire.
“The program is to express our appreciation and gratitude for our employees’ loyalty and their contribution to the success of IKEA”, Kristina Johansson, Ikea Netherlands’s country manager, said.
Every Ikea employee gets a specific amount based on the hours they have worked, regardless of unit, function or salary.
Ikea not only has the Tack loyalty program, but also has the One Ikea performance bonus, also applicable to all employees.
