In Belgium the concept of Collect & Go is
implemented in most Colruyt locations, but in France it hasn’t developed as
such: only seven of 63 locations have a collection point for purchases made
through the internet, mainly in the east of the country.
In France customers can collect their products between 10:00 and 12:30 if they were ordered before midnight. A second time
frame runs from 16:00 to 19:15. Those hours are slightly different from those in
Belgium, where they run from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19.45.
The service costs 5 euro in France, but is free
for orders larger than 100 euro. In Belgium a fee of 5.5 euro is requested for
Collect & Go.
