1 billion
euro online sales by 2020
Kering is working with Italian Yoox for the creation of the online shops. That company
specialises in web design, e-commerce and online marketing. It will also handle
sales made through the websites. Kering will provide all content for the
websites.
The
stronger online presence is part of the plans of Kering to have sales of 1
billion euro via online shops by 2020.
Yoox also
manages online shops for a number of other luxury brands, such as Giorgio
Armani, Dolce & Gabbana, Brunello, Cucinelli and Marni.
