Synergy
The Grenoble store of 85 sqm will open mid-March and is Spartoo’s move to meet European customer purchase behaviour, according to German Textilwirtschaft. The company will only open new stores if its first store proves it can be profitable, but feels physical stores are still an essential sales channel: “Our goal is to create synergy between our website and our business”, manager Boris Saragaglia said.
The Grenoble store will also be a sort of service point, which will enable visitors to interact with its website through tablets and touchscreens. This means the relatively small store will still be able to offer its entire product range.
