Choose time of delivery
The new service for Dutch customers is currently only active in its stores in Amsterdam, Hoofddorp, Zaltbommel and Utrecht. It is not known whether customers can only choose items that are in stock in those stores or whether the deliveries will be brought to those stores.
Meanwhile, American customers are now allowed to try out suits at home. “If a customer does not know his size, he can order three suits and he will only have to pay for one. Once he tried the three suits, he can send 2 suits back free of charge”, eCommerce manager Laurens Geleedst said during a Drapers interview. Once the trial period has ended, the service will be expanded to other countries.
Later this year, customers will also be able to choose when they get their packages delivered at home. Geleedst says he prefers customers to have a say in that, rather than just delivering the package as soon as possible.
